Ladies and gentlemen, it’s been a while but I am back and ready to get back into the world of beauty blogging! I was recently asked if I’d like to try the Frizz-Ease range by John Frieda, I do have quite thick hair than can be hard to tame (especially in the winter wind!) so I thought why not! It may be just what I need. It turns out it couldn’t have arrived at a better time as my hair straighteners broke about two days after I received the products so I needed all the help I could get on how to get smooth hair to ensure I didn’t look like I’d been dragged through a hedge backwards.
Onto the products
I’ve been testing out the Frizz-Ease Dream Curls shampoo and conditioner, Frizz-Ease Dream Curls Enhancing Oil and the Frizz-Ease Original Formula Hair Serum. My hair isn’t naturally curly, it is quite wavy if left untouched, but I usually straighten it as although I like wavy hair if I leave it, it just looks unkempt! I’m really enjoying using the shampoo and conditioner, it smells lovely and lathers up nicely so you really don’t need a lot. My hair is pretty long and after a couple of weeks use I’ve still got plenty left. The lifesaver product for me though was definitely the serum. I don’t usually use hair products (yes not even heat protection..shhhhh!) so I really noticed a difference in the softness and smoothness of my hair when using this just before blow drying. My waves looked soft and smooth rather than a big, bushy mess.
